Who We Are
Welcome to Homefront Builders! We’re honored that you’ve taken the time to learn about us and how we might be of service to you. We are a family owned and operated remodel company Established in 2017, making some changes to our branding this year to better fit our current structure. Homefront Builders has one location serving the eastern and greater Indianapolis area. We offer a full range of home services including kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions.
Our Owner and Founder
In 2017 our owner Shane Heim had made a decision to start our firm. After working for multiple remodel companies in the area over his career, Shane came to a simple conclusion, They weren't good enough. After seeing poor craftsmanship and a client experience that left much to be desired. Shane set out to create a remodeling experience so unique that our clients would never go back to a traditional construction companies standard lackluster process. Shane's background started in the commercial glass industry. With multiple years as a crew foreman, project manager, and fab shop lead he decided to head for the residential construction industry as a way to broaden his experience. While working in residential construction he saw how poorly the process was drawn out for clients and wanted to make a change in the way people looked at a remodel. That's how Shane started Homefront Builders.

We have an in house designer to help you determine every selection for your project, from picking tile, to choosing cabinet styles. This process is meant to be fun and exciting, and rest assured that your project will fit your design style.
3. Would knowing you had a dedicated project manager throughout your entire project for any and all questions or concerns throughout the process be a plus?
A catered experience is what you can expect from Homefront, as we have staff at every stage of the process that will know you personally. Your project manager is available to you every step of the way, from day one of demo to the last day of final cleaning.
4. Are you seeking superior quality in your finished project?
We stand by our work, but we don’t just say it, we show it by extending a longer than average warranty period that lasts 3 years after the completion of your project.
